Edith Rose McPheron, 66, of Lima passed away at 8:55 PM on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at Lima Memorial Hospital.
She was born on June 2, 1958, in Lima to the late Fred McPheron and Rosemary (Martin) McPheron, who survives in Lima. She had been married to Robert "Spyder" Heidenescher, who preceded her in death on November 11, 2014.
Edie passed away peacefully, surrounded by those who loved her, after a courageous battle with cancer. Some of her favorite memories were made fishing on Lake Erie with her beloved husband Bob and their close circle of friends, sharing laughter and stories on the water. A proud fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cincinnati Bengals, Edie loved cheering on her teams.
Edie dedicated many years to her work at Lombardo's Café, where she was known for her warm smile and the joy she brought to coworkers and patrons alike. She was also a longtime supporter and volunteer at Spyder's Boxing Club, where she played an active role in supporting young athletes and build
