ST. MARYS -- Risa Ann Kuba, 62, of St. Marys, OH, passed away Friday, March 7, 2025, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, OH. Risa was born on August 28, 1962, in Bellefontaine, OH, a daughter of the late Earnest Kuba, and Evelyn (Shields) Kuba, who survives in West Liberty, OH. She is preceded in death by a brother, Keith Kuba, and two infant siblings, Mark and Carolyn. Risa is survived by her mother, her sister, Tammy (Ed) Prall of Pickerelltown, OH, several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles, including those who closely supported her through her life, Earnie Kuba, Rick Kuba, and Sherri Hodies, and her Yorkie furbaby, Bailey. Risa was a 1981 graduate of Lima Senior High School and attended Lima Technical College studying architecture. She started her working career as a transportation escort for her father, then as a truck driver, working for Brookside Trucking Company in Lima, and retired from Omni Manufacturing in St. Marys in 2024 after 20 plus years.
